The Challenge
Pre-Oracle APEX, the client used an MS Access + VBA application for Hajj booking management. It was single-user, prone to corruption, couldn't handle concurrent access, and had no web or mobile access for field staff.
Our Solution
Phased migration: first to a multi-user Access frontend with SQL Server backend, then to Oracle APEX web application. Data migrated with validation. Parallel run period for verification. Staff trained on new workflow.
The Result
Enabled concurrent multi-user access. Eliminated database corruption issues. Enabled mobile access for field coordinators. Laid foundation for later Oracle APEX ERP expansion.
